DontScroll Studio ("당사")는 그만봐 앱("앱")을 개발 및 운영합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 앱 사용 시 수집되는 정보와 그 처리 방식을 설명합니다.
앱은 다음 정보를 수집합니다.
- 앱 사용 통계 (Firebase Analytics를 통한 익명 데이터)
- 앱 오류 및 충돌 정보 (Firebase Crashlytics)
- 기기 정보 (OS 버전, 기기 모델 등 익명 데이터)
- 광고 식별자 (Google AdMob, 무료 사용자 광고 제공·측정용)
- 파워락(선택 기능) 사용 시: 사용자가 입력한 열쇠 관리자 이메일, 사용자가 정한 호칭, 열쇠 관리자가 남긴 메시지, 익명 설치 식별자, 해제 코드의 암호화 해시 (자세한 내용은 7항 참조)
당사는 다음 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 개인 식별 정보 (이름, 전화번호 등) — 단, 파워락 사용 시 사용자가 직접 입력하는 열쇠 관리자 이메일은 예외이며, 아래 7항에서 설명합니다.
- 사용자가 차단한 앱 목록
- 취침 시간 설정 정보
- 기기 내 저장된 파일 또는 미디어
앱은 선택한 앱의 실행을 감지하고 차단 화면을 표시하기 위해 안드로이드 접근성 서비스를 사용합니다. 접근성 서비스를 통해 접근한 정보는 앱 차단 기능에만 사용되며, 화면 내용을 읽거나 저장·전송하지 않습니다.
앱은 잠금 시간 중 차단 앱 사용 통계를 표시하기 위해 앱 사용 통계 권한을 요청합니다. 이 정보는 기기 내에서만 처리되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
앱은 Google Firebase Analytics 및 Crashlytics를 사용하여 익명의 사용 데이터와 오류 정보를 수집합니다. 수집된 데이터는 앱 품질 개선 목적으로만 사용됩니다. Firebase의 개인정보처리방침은 https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy 에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
무료 사용자에게는 Google AdMob 배너 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고 제공·빈도 제한·측정을 위해 광고 식별자 등 기기 식별 정보가 Google과 공유됩니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 광고 맞춤설정을 끌 수 있습니다. Google 광고 관련 정책은 https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads 에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
파워락은 사용자가 신뢰하는 사람(열쇠 관리자)에게 잠금 해제 코드를 맡기는 선택형 유료 기능입니다.
- 사용자가 열쇠 관리자의 이메일을 직접 입력하면, 당사는 그 주소로 초대와 알림 메일을 보냅니다.
- 수집·저장 항목: 열쇠 관리자 이메일, 사용자가 정한 호칭, 열쇠 관리자가 남긴 메시지, 익명 설치 식별자, 기기 푸시 토큰(앱 삭제 확인용), 해제 코드의 암호화 해시(평문 코드는 저장하지 않습니다), 관련 시각.
- 이 정보는 Google Cloud(Firebase)에 저장되며, 메일 발송을 위해 이메일 서비스 제공자(Resend)에 열쇠 관리자 이메일이 전달됩니다.
- 열쇠 관리자에게는 다음 경우 알림 메일이 발송됩니다: 최초 초대, 해제 코드 전달, 사용자가 잠금을 해제한 경우, 앱이 오랜 기간 신호가 없어 삭제로 추정되는 경우.
- 사용자는 기능을 켜기 전 제3자 알림에 대한 동의를 하며, 그 동의 시각이 기록됩니다.
- 사용자가 파워락을 해제하면 관련 서버 정보는 즉시 삭제되고, 응답이 없는 초대는 48시간 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
- 열쇠 관리자의 이메일은 제3자의 개인정보이므로, 사용자는 본인이 연락에 동의를 구한 사람의 주소만 입력해야 합니다.
당사는 사용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 무료 사용자 광고 제공을 위해 Google AdMob과 광고 식별자가 공유되며, Firebase 서비스 운영을 위해 Google과 데이터가 처리됩니다. 또한 파워락 사용 시, 초대·알림 메일 발송을 위해 열쇠 관리자의 이메일이 이메일 서비스 제공자(Resend, resend.com)에 전달됩니다. 그 외 제3자에게 공유하지 않습니다.
앱 내 통계 데이터는 사용자 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 모든 로컬 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 파워락 관련 정보는 Google Cloud(Firebase)에 저장되며, 파워락 해제 시 즉시 삭제되고 응답이 없는 초대는 48시간 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 당사는 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

DontScroll Studio ("we") develops and operates the Don't Scroll app ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App and how it is handled.
The App collects the following information.
- App usage statistics (anonymous data via Firebase Analytics)
- App error and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
- Device information (OS version, device model — anonymous)
- Advertising identifier (Google AdMob, to serve and measure ads for free users)
- When using Power Lock (optional feature): the key-holder's email address you enter, the name you give them, the message the key-holder leaves, an anonymous install identifier, and a cryptographic hash of the unlock code (see Section 7)
We do not collect the following.
- Personally identifiable information (name, phone number, etc.) — except the key-holder email you enter when using Power Lock, described in Section 7 below.
- List of apps you choose to block
- Bedtime settings
- Files or media stored on your device
The App uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect selected apps and display a block screen. Information accessed via the Accessibility Service is used solely for the app-blocking feature; we do not read, store, or transmit screen content.
The App requests the Usage Stats permission to display statistics about blocked app usage during lock hours. This information is processed only on your device and is never transmitted externally.
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect anonymous usage data and error reports. Collected data is used solely to improve app quality. Firebase's privacy policy is available at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Free users are shown Google AdMob banner ads. To serve, cap, and measure ads, device identifiers such as the advertising ID are shared with Google. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings. Google's ads policy is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Power Lock is an optional paid feature that lets you entrust your unlock code to a person you trust (a "key-holder").
- When you enter the key-holder's email, we send invitation and notification emails to that address.
- Data collected/stored: the key-holder's email, the name you give them, the message they leave, an anonymous install identifier, a device push token (to detect app deletion), a cryptographic hash of the unlock code (the plaintext code is never stored), and related timestamps.
- This information is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase). To deliver the emails, the key-holder's email is passed to our email service provider (Resend).
- The key-holder receives an email when: first invited, sent the unlock code, when you unlock the lock, and when the app has been silent long enough to suggest it was deleted.
- You consent to these third-party notifications before enabling the feature, and the time of consent is recorded.
- When you remove Power Lock, the related server data is deleted immediately; unanswered invitations are auto-deleted after 48 hours.
- The key-holder's email is another person's personal data — only enter the address of someone who has agreed to be contacted.
We do not sell your personal information. The advertising identifier is shared with Google AdMob to serve ads to free users, and data is processed by Google to operate Firebase services. Additionally, when Power Lock is used, the key-holder's email is shared with our email service provider (Resend, resend.com) to deliver invitation and notification emails. We do not share with any other third parties.
Statistics data is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App removes all local data. Power Lock information is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) and is deleted immediately when Power Lock is removed; unanswered invitations are auto-deleted after 48 hours.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This policy may be updated. Any changes will be posted on this page.
