BOXREP은 복싱·HIIT·크로스핏에 쓰는 인터벌 타이머입니다. 문제가 있거나 물어보실 게 있으면 아래로 연락 주세요. 보통 2영업일 안에 답장드립니다.

자주 묻는 것

화면을 끄면 소리가 안 납니다

BOXREP은 화면이 꺼져 있어도, 다른 앱을 쓰고 있어도 신호를 냅니다. 그래도 안 들린다면 아래를 확인해 주세요.

• iPhone — 왼쪽 옆면의 벨소리 스위치가 무음이면 시스템 소리가 줄어듭니다. 설정 → 신호음에서 볼륨을 올려 보세요. 다른 앱이 오디오를 점유하고 있으면 그 앱을 완전히 종료한 뒤 다시 시작하세요.
• Android — 일부 제조사는 절전 모드에서 앱을 강제로 재웁니다. 설정 → 자가진단을 30초 돌려 보시면 실제로 신호를 놓치는지 재서 알려 드립니다. 실패로 나오면 같은 화면에서 배터리 최적화 예외를 켜 주세요.

진동이 안 옵니다

iPhone은 앱이 화면에 떠 있을 때만 진동을 보낼 수 있습니다. 이건 iOS의 제약이라 앱에서 우회할 수 없습니다. 화면을 꺼 두실 때는 소리를 켜 두세요.

기록이 사라졌습니다

프리셋과 운동 기록은 계정 없이 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워지고 복구할 방법이 없습니다. 기기를 바꾸실 때도 옮겨가지 않습니다.

Pro를 샀는데 잠겨 있습니다

결제하신 것과 같은 계정으로 로그인돼 있는지 확인한 뒤, 설정 → 구매 복원을 눌러 주세요. 그래도 안 풀리면 구매 영수증과 함께 메일 주세요.

Pro는 구독인가요?

아닙니다. 한 번만 결제하시면 됩니다. 만료되지 않고 자동 갱신되지 않습니다.

환불하고 싶습니다

환불은 스토어가 처리합니다. iPhone은 reportaproblem.apple.com, Android는 Google Play에서 요청하시면 됩니다. 저희는 결제를 직접 다루지 않아 대신 환불해 드릴 수 없습니다.

계정을 지우고 싶습니다

BOXREP에는 계정이 없습니다. 가입하실 것도, 지우실 것도 없습니다. 익명 통계 삭제를 원하시면 메일로 요청해 주세요.

Common questions

I get no sound when the screen is off

BOXREP keeps firing cues with the screen off and while you are in another app. If you still hear nothing, check the following.

• iPhone — the switch on the left edge silences system audio when flipped down. Try raising the level in Settings → Signal volume. If another app has taken over audio, close it fully and start again.
• Android — some manufacturers force apps to sleep in power-saving mode. Run the 30-second check in Settings → Background check; it measures whether cues are actually missed. If it fails, grant the battery exception from the same screen.

I get no vibration

iPhone only allows an app to vibrate while it is on screen. This is an iOS restriction and no app can work around it. Keep sound on when the screen is off.

My history disappeared

Presets and session history live only on your device — there is no account and no server. Uninstalling the app deletes them permanently, and they do not transfer to a new phone.

I bought Pro but it is still locked

Make sure you are signed in with the account you purchased with, then tap Settings → Restore purchase. If it still will not unlock, email us with your receipt.

Is Pro a subscription?

No. It is a one-time purchase. It doesn't expire and it doesn't renew.

I want a refund

Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. On iPhone use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android request it through Google Play. We never handle payments, so we cannot issue a refund ourselves.

How do I delete my account?

BOXREP has no accounts — there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to delete. If you want your anonymous statistics removed, email us and we will request it.
